Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Laura! I am a warm, down to earth, holistic therapist, and I want to help you move through anxiety, burnout, grief, and big life changes. I combine practical coping tools with a gentle, curious space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Together, we will explore your story, notice long standing patterns, and create changes that feel small, realistic, and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

I focus on creating a safe, collaborative space where you can be honest and not feel judged. My style is warm, curious, and practical as I listen closely to your story and help you make sense of what you are experiencing. I integrate cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and strengths based work so you can understand stress, access your resilience, and build skills that truly fit your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and not rushed. We will talk about what is bringing you in now, what you have already tried, and what you hope will feel different in your life. I will share how I work, answer your questions, and together we will outline a few gentle starting goals. You can expect a grounded, welcoming space where you do not need the right words and it is okay if you are not sure where to begin. Schedule with me through my calendar!
