Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, down‐to‐earth, holistic therapist who helps adults move through anxiety, burnout, and big life changes. I combine practical coping tools with a gentle, curious space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore your story, build skills that fit your real life, and create small, sustainable changes that add up over time.

My approach to therapy

I focus on creating a safe, collaborative space where you can slow down, be honest, and not feel judged. My style is warm, curious, and practical—I listen closely to your story, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and then work with you to find tools that actually fit your life.

I often integrate cognitive‐behavioral strategies (like noticing and reframing unhelpful thoughts), mindfulness and nervous‐system awareness (learning how your body responds to stress), and strengths‐based work that highlights what’s already working for you. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, checking in together about what’s helpful and adjusting as we go.

I tend to work well with thoughtful, high‐responsibility people who are navigating anxiety, burnout, big transitions, or grief and feel like they have to “hold it all together.” Together, we’ll explore patterns, practice new skills (like boundaries, self‐compassion, and emotional regulation), and build small, sustainable changes that support a more grounded, aligned life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and not rushed. We’ll start by talking about what’s bringing you in now, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope will feel different in your life. I’ll share a bit about how I work, answer any questions you have, and together we’ll start to outline a few gentle goals for our work, nothing set in stone, just a starting point we can adjust as we go. You can expect a warm, down-to-earth space where you don’t have to have the “right” words, and it’s okay if you’re not even sure where to begin.
