Great to meet you!

Guiding clients to new perspectives is paramount in my practice. My role as a psychotherapist is to be empathetic in assisting clients to find solutions to their problems. I work with adults (18 +) who are impacted by anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, etc.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is fundamental to effective therapy. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions.
