Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe placing mental health first is fundamental to achieving happiness and balance in life. Reaching out for support can be incredibly difficult, you deserve recognition for the real strength required to ask for help. I’ve been practicing since 2022, focusing on adults navigating life’s mental health struggles, with a concentration on grief, anxiety, self esteem, and relational issues.

My approach to therapy

Everyone brings their own story, and I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual. When we work together, we’ll form a supportive partnership where open dialogue and respect are essential. My role is to listen, support, and challenge you as you move forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for you to tell your story and discuss what you hope to accomplish in therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming, safe space where you feel comfortable opening up and being vulnerable. From there, we’ll continue working collaboratively in future sessions to help you turn those goals into reality.
