Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor. I hold a BS in Psychology and MS in Counseling from the University of North Texas. I also have certification as a Yoga teacher, credentialed in Trauma Conscious yoga and Children’s yoga.

I have experience supporting clients with developmental trauma, parent-child/attachment issues, PTSD, life transitions, gender/identity issues, behavioral difficulties, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, and divorce/separation.

My approach to therapy

My practice incorporates an interpersonal neurobiology approach and uses various modes of therapy based on each client’s needs individually or in a group setting, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Trust Based Relationship Intervention, Trauma-Conscious Yoga and nature based interventions.

What you can expect from me

I trust that the key to healing is being in connection with another human. Most important to me is the therapeutic relationship, giving clients the space to be free from judgment, unconditionally accepted, to feel seen, safe, and deeply understood.
