Great to meet you!

Laura completed over 800 hours of clinical time with social workers, therapists, and a psychiatrist, along with completing her nurse practitioner degree in August 2021 from Maryville University. She went on to achieve board certification in September 2021 and has been actively working in diagnosis and medication management since October 2021. Laura remains passionate about mental healthcare and is a major advocate for mental health in her community and beyond. Laura is a doctoral candidate, pending December 2026.
In her free time, Laura enjoys the outdoors, and traveling with her husband and son, spending time with her parrots, watching Chiefs, Royals, and KU basketball games, and lives in the Kansas City area.
