Great to meet you!

I began my professional journey in Argentina and continued my education in Georgia, United States, bringing together diverse cultural perspectives that shape my work as a psychotherapist. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping people from many nationalities and ethnicities, which has deepened my appreciation for the unique experiences each individual carries.

My supportive approach focuses on helping clients build self-awareness and develop coping strategies to manage life’s stressors. Whether working with children, adolescents or adults, I strive to create a safe and compassionate space where growth and healing can flourish.

I believe therapy is not just about overcoming challenges, but about empowering people to live with greater balance, resilience, and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative approach, drawing upon diverse treatment methods, adjusting treatment to clients' needs. I have been influenced by psychodynamic, interpersonal, humanistic and cognitive behavioral approaches.

What you can expect from me

I invite individuals to connect with me creating a non-judgmental safe, warm and confidential space to begin discussing their reasons for seeking help. I guide them, ask questions meeting them where they are, explain basics of therapy and collaborate on the initial goals for treatment.
