Great to meet you!

Thank you for viewing my profile.

I have been a psychologist for 35 years and have ample experience in several different mental/behavioral health settings. I have 2 masters and a doctorate in behavioral health and look forward to meeting with you and helping you with your journey and needs in therapy.

My approach to therapy

I like to work with my clients/patients by meeting them where they are in their process, hearing and learning what might be effective for them, and utilize psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches. Yet, several other modalities present as effective approaches as well, and we will work together to find what is best for you.

What you can expect from me

our first session will be easy and comfortable. we will address your reasons for pursuing therapy, goals you may have, and reflect on the background and intake materials. We will then formulate a plan that will work best to serve your needs.
