A bit about my approach to therapy

Laurel focuses on expanding and deepening personal skills needed to cope with the challenges of life that can negatively affect healthy living styles and relationships. Laurel specializes in improving communication and social skills, managing stress, anger management, conflict resolution, fostering spiritual health, and transformation skills.

What you can expect from our first session

Laurel provides neurofeedback and biofeedback and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Laurel is currently a Doctoral Candidate pursuing her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).
