Great to meet you!

I provide a safe, caring, and secure experience for you and I will be responsive and respectful of your needs. It is my deepest intention to contribute to your life in a way that allows you to grow and expand and embrace life more fully.

My approach to therapy

As a practitioner, I use tools such as Mindfulness, learning to be present with what is, with our emotions, thoughts and body sensations. Anxiety, sadness, anger and other intense emotions can be overwhelming at times. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can help to challenge our negative thoughts and IFS can help to heal past wounds.

With couples, I use a process called Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, which is grounded in our fundamental need for connection.

What you can expect from me

It is my goal to help individuals and couples overcome difficult life challenges and find more joy, happiness and peace within and without.
