Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), and I received my Masters in Social Work at the Ohio State University. During graduate school, I received training in working with eating disorders in the adult partial hospitalization program at The Emily Program. My therapeutic style is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Radical Openness Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Internal-Family Systems, and Humanism.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping people develop a kinder relationship with themselves. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image concerns, grief, and trauma. I encourage focusing on the holistic needs of your body and mind, and building self-compassion and self-esteem during the process.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy works best when it is a collaborative process. I’m an active and engaged therapist. I’ll ask questions, share what I’m noticing, help you make connections, and offer practical tools to use outside of our sessions. Together, we may explore the thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and communication patterns that shape your emotional and physical wellbeing.
