Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than a decade of experience treating trauma in various settings including community mental health, school-based services, and outpatient care. I am currently serving as the Evergreen Trauma Recovery Coordinator in the aftermath of the Evergreen High School shooting. I specialize in addressing trauma with particular expertise working with adolescents and survivors of domestic violence. I am also bilingual and can provide care in English or Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My work with folks emphasizes client strengths and skills to address current needs and concerns. I approach clients with the understanding that they are experts in their own experience and work to collaborate with them to empower them to achieve success on identified goals. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced significant trauma and have experience working with folks across the lifespan.

What you can expect from me

During our first session the focus will be on getting to know each other and gathering important information about needs, concerns, and goals for work together. Different from typical sessions, I will likely ask a lot of questions to better understand your experience.
