Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are successful, capable women who are carrying far more than anyone realizes. They may be navigating anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, difficult relationships, parenting stress, or a life transition that has left them feeling disconnected from themselves. Together we create a space where you can slow down, hear your own wisdom again, and begin making choices that feel aligned with who you truly are.

My approach to therapy

I help adults and couples regulate their nervous systems so they can move through anxiety, trauma, and relationship stress with more ease. When life feels overwhelming or disconnected, our bodies often hold the story. Through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and practical tools, I help you calm the body, clarify emotions, and rebuild safety inside yourself—so connection, confidence, and peace become possible again.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll slow things down and get curious about what’s happening in your life and in your body. I’ll ask gentle questions to understand your story, what brings you here, and what your nervous system might be holding—stress, anxiety, or old survival patterns. Together, we’ll begin to notice how your body responds to different emotions or memories. You can expect a calm, grounded space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a clearer sense of what’s happening inside you and a few simple tools to help your body feel more regulated and at ease between sessions.
