Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, including my previous work as a psychiatric nurse and my current practice providing psychotherapy to adults. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University and have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, long-term mental health concerns, and the emotional challenges that can accompany chronic medical conditions. Additionally, I specialize in women’s health concerns, including perimenopause and menopause.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, incorporating evidence-based practices while honoring each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in developing coping strategies, improving quality of life, and creating meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will take time to get to know you, your experiences, and what brought you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for treatment while creating a plan that feels supportive and achievable. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing your story at your own pace. Together, we will identify areas for growth, develop practical coping strategies, and establish a therapeutic approach tailored to your unique needs and goals.
