In our first session, we'll explore why you're seeking therapy, assess your current situation, and discuss your goals. If you've had therapy before, we'll review what worked and what didn't. If this is your first time, I'll help you establish clear objectives to guide our work. We'll also build a foundational history. Once your goals are met, we'll evaluate your progress and adjust your treatment plan, which may involve concluding therapy or addressing new concerns.
