Great to meet you!

I provide specialized, high-quality therapy for women navigating the emotional and psychological transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood.

As an LCSW-R and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts, and relationship strain during this season of life. I also support clients who feel high-functioning on the surface but internally carry a significant mental load.

My approach is both sophisticated and deeply supportive—integrating evidence-based modalities such as CBT, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Gottman-informed techniques. Sessions are tailored, goal-oriented, and designed to create both immediate relief and long-term emotional resilience.

This is a space for thoughtful, meaningful work—where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and feel more grounded in yourself and your relationships.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is both supportive and intentional. I specialize in working with women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood, with a focus on perinatal anxiety, maternal mental health, and relationship dynamics.

My approach blends evidence-based therapies like CBT and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) with practical, real-life strategies you can actually use outside of session. We’ll work together to understand what’s contributing to feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection—and build tools to help you feel more in control.

I also incorporate Gottman-informed techniques to support communication, reduce resentment, and strengthen relationships—especially during the transition into parenthood.

Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to make meaningful changes—without judgment and at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially during pregnancy or postpartum when so much already feels uncertain. My goal in our first session is to make the process feel clear, comfortable, and supportive.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you—whether that’s anxiety, intrusive thoughts, feeling overwhelmed, or challenges in your relationships. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we go at your pace.

We’ll also begin identifying what you’d like to get out of therapy and create a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your needs. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and IPT, along with practical tools you can start using right away.

Most clients leave their first session feeling relieved, more understood, and with a clearer sense of direction.
