Great to meet you!

Gentle Support for Life’s Big Transitions. Lauren is a thoughtful, down to earth therapist specializing in fertility, postpartum, parenting and the tender in between moments. With a warm presence and steady guidance, she helps clients feel seen, supported, and more connected to themselves as they navigate life’s changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique path. I specialize in working with people navigating fertility, postpartum, and major life transitions, offering steady support through tender and complex seasons. I bring a trauma informed, attachment aware lens to our work, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and deeply human.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave our work with a deeper sense of self trust, more clarity in their choices, and greater compassion for where they’ve been. Together, we build tools for emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and more secure connections both within and with others. Most of all, clients gain a space where they can feel fully seen and supported as they navigate the shifts that come with becoming, healing, and growing.
