Lauren Albright

I’m Lauren Albright, MS, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and experience working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship stress, and self-worth challenges. I am also the founder of Beauty From Ashes Counseling Services, where my mission is centered on helping individuals move from pain toward healing, growth, and restoration.

I have experience supporting adults facing complex mental health concerns, including neurodivergence, trauma, family conflict, and major life transitions. As someone who values authenticity and compassion, I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and hopeful about change.

I believe healing is possible, and you don’t have to carry everything alone.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe healing happens when individuals feel safe, heard, and empowered. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, and person-centered techniques to help clients better understand themselves, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.

For those who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling integration, incorporating faith and biblical principles into the healing process. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My goal is to help clients move beyond survival mode, strengthen resilience, and work toward lasting emotional wellness and personal growth.

I believe starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood.

During the first session, we will discuss your current challenges, personal history, strengths, goals for treatment, and any questions or concerns you may have about the therapy process. Together, we’ll begin identifying what you hope to gain from counseling and develop a plan that feels meaningful and realistic for you.
