Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, grief, or difficult life experiences leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. You may be carrying the weight of painful memories, struggling with relationships, navigating major life transitions, or finding it difficult to move forward after loss or adversity. I work with adults facing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, women's issues, grief and loss, relationship challenges, stress management concerns, ADHD, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by emotions, past experiences, or patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we'll create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, gain insight into what is holding you back, and develop practical tools that support healing and growth. My goal is to help you build resilience, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values.
