Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, grief, or difficult life experiences leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. You may be carrying the weight of painful memories, struggling with relationships, navigating major life transitions, or finding it difficult to move forward after loss or adversity. I work with adults facing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, women's issues, grief and loss, relationship challenges, stress management concerns, ADHD, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by emotions, past experiences, or patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we'll create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, gain insight into what is holding you back, and develop practical tools that support healing and growth. My goal is to help you build resilience, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and evidence-based tools that help create meaningful and lasting change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed interventions to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, depression, relationship difficulties, women's issues, emotional regulation, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, stress management, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges while creating sustainable personal growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can openly discuss challenges while feeling supported every step of the way. Together, we'll establish meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety, improved emotional regulation, healthier relationships, increased self-esteem, stronger resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to help you feel more capable of navigating life's challenges, healing from past experiences, and creating the life you want for yourself.
