Great to meet you!

I received my degrees from NYU and focused my work on trauma processing, self-love, anxiety reduction, and emotional expression. Growing up, I understood firsthand the importance of therapeutic support as I was learning how to navigate a handful of health complications. This is when I felt the true value of the opportunities that therapy presents and I am so thankful to be able to provide this for others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I practice both standard talk therapy and creative arts therapy based on your needs and preferences. I always approach therapy with understanding and patience as I know that starting therapy can bring up many emotions. I offer free consultations to meet first before beginning therapy where we discuss what you are hoping for from a therapist, your needs, and general expectations. Then, we will focus on your goals, building on coping skills, and working through what you want to bring into therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, inspired, and confident in yourself. I strive to make sure that you can leave our sessions with new ideas and tools to help you reach your goals. Ultimately, I want to make sure that you feel free to share whatever you would like in a therapeutic space that holds no judgment, bias, or pressure.
