Great to meet you!

With a background working with diverse client populations and supporting clients with a range of concerns from family and relational dynamics, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and substance use recovery, my passion lies in working with trauma survivors. Throughout my time in the mental health field, I've witnessed how trauma profoundly impacts every aspect of a person’s life. Regardless of the setting or population, the common thread is that trauma survivors, including veterans, abuse victims, and people with PTSD, are often an under-served group. Trauma is a complex, systemic issue that shapes people's lives in deep and lasting ways, and I am passionate about helping clients heal from these experiences and reclaim their sense of agency and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based methods such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs and goals. My approach is rooted in empathy and a commitment to meeting clients where they are in their healing journey. I take a gentle yet direct approach, offering guidance and perspective to help clients navigate life transitions.

What you can expect from me

I believe that every individual has the capacity to heal and grow, and that therapy offers a transformative space where you can establish meaningful connections and find purpose. The therapeutic alliance is at the heart of my practice, and I value the trust and rapport that is built with each client. Together, I work with you to create a safe and supportive space where you can address difficult emotions, challenge unhealthy patterns, and process complex trauma with care and understanding. I work alongside clients to explore core beliefs and gain insight into attachment patterns. This process facilitates growth, accountability, and reflection to promote healing.
