Great to meet you!

Regardless of what brings you to therapy, I believe an authentic human connection is the first step in finding relief and change. I developed my therapeutic skills through my education at Loyola University Chicago where I received my Master's of Social Work. During my education and through the beginning of my career, I have taken pride in serving populations struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, and trauma. I have a particular interest treating OCD and Complex anxiety as well as significant experience using Expressive Arts Therapy in my services.

My approach to therapy

I create a welcoming space for clients to be their authentic selves. After establishing trust and rapport, I use evidence based practices to treat your presenting symptoms such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. Throughout services, I utilize creativity and a holistic perspective in reaching your goals and regulating emotions.

What you can expect from me

We will get started by discussing what brought you to therapy and what you are hoping to gain from our time together. Next, we will create a plan on how to reach these goals and how I can best support you.
