Great to meet you!

Growth and change can be a very rewarding yet challenging process. My therapeutic goal is to support you in restoring your genuine self and to strengthen connections around you. My experience working in various treatment settings, such as outpatient, partial hospitalization and residential throughout NYS, as both a clinician and supervisor, has helped widen my counseling scope and prepared me for assisting diverse personal struggles.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With compassion and careful challenge, I aim to guide you to your own healing and wholeness. Within my eclectic approach I often utilize ACT, CRT and REBT to facilitate the change you are seeking. These modalities pair well with those experiencing eating disorders, mood and anxiety challenges, sport performance struggles, or relational conflict, which is where my clinical focus lies.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental and trusting environment with a sprinkle of humor and directness when appropriate. I look forward to collaborating and establishing individualized goals that meet your therapy needs! Feel free to take a look at my calendar for openings and email me your availability. We can then schedule an appointment together rather than plugging yourself into my calendar.
