Great to meet you!

Most of us haven’t made it through life without a few bruises. Sometimes we lose touch with ourselves along the way, shaped by what we’ve been through and the weight of those experiences.

That doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. It means you adapted. Sometimes beautifully. Sometimes painfully. Often both.

Therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and gently begin untangling what you’ve been carrying. Together, we can explore your story with compassion, reconnect with who you are beneath old patterns, and move toward a way of living that feels more aligned, grounded, and authentic.

My approach to therapy

I offer an integrative, holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My work draws from EMDR, parts work, Post-Induction Therapy, ACT, somatic work, mindfulness, and depth-oriented approaches.

There is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. Each person’s experience is unique, and our work reflects that. We explore both the roots of your patterns and how they continue to show up in the present, while building tools to support greater awareness, regulation, and choice.

I’m also passionate about psychedelic-assisted therapy and have completed a year-long postgraduate training, which allows me to offer preparation and integration support as part of a broader, holistic framework.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma and PTSD, addiction, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions around meaning and identity.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space for us to gain a clearer understanding of what’s been weighing on you and what you’re hoping to accomplish in therapy.

You don’t need to have it all mapped out before we start working together. We move at your pace. My role is to meet you with presence, curiosity, and care, and to help you begin making sense of your experience.

By the end of our first session, you can expect to feel a bit more hopeful, with a clearer sense of direction and what moving forward together might look like.
