Great to meet you!

You might be doing everything you need to do each day while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how you got here. I work with adults facing anxiety, relationship stress, major life changes, and questions about substance use or recovery. I also support people navigating women’s issues, infertility, and parenthood. You don’t need to know exactly what you want from therapy before we start. We can figure that out together.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than five years of experience working with adults. I earned my bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania, where I studied behavioral sciences and geriatric psychology, and my Master's of Social Work from New York University (NYU).

My approach to therapy

I’m warm and straightforward, and I want our conversations to feel real. I’ll listen carefully, ask questions, and help you understand the patterns you keep running into, while paying attention to what you need right now.

I draw from psychoanalytic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, strengths based approaches, and mindfulness. I also welcome conversations about spirituality and 12 step programs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what brought you in. I'll listen, ask questions, and give you room to share at your own pace. More than anything, I want you to leave feeling heard, understood, and supported.
