Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a licensed professional counselor with more than 10 years of experience working in the behavioral healthcare industry. Throughout my career I've worked in hospitals, residential programs, community agencies, and private practice settings.

Choosing to seek therapy is a big step towards better health and wellness, and I'm so glad you've found me! I truly value getting to know my clients and letting them create a space that is safe, comfortable, and catered to their needs. You're here because you want to feel better, and I want to help you do just that.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is very person-centered. To me, the client experience is the most important. I believe my clients can experience a better quality of life through utilizing positivity, compassion, and gentle direction. (and a little humor thrown in!)

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. After intake, we will work together to decide which type of therapy works best for you and your specific needs.

If you're struggling, please know it can get better. I'd love to work together to help you become a happier and healthier version of you!
