Great to meet you!

There's a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from carrying too much for too long. Feeling lost, stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, with no real space to set it down and breathe. My practice is built around creating that space. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, and the complex terrain of relationships and life transitions. Whether you are exploring your gender identity or sexual orientation, processing painful experiences from the past, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, you are welcome here. My practice is open and affirming to people of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, abilities, and backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

I believe each of us carries experiences and stories that shape how we see ourselves, and sometimes those stories stop serving us. Together, we explore what you have been carrying with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. Our work is focused on helping you understand yourself more deeply and move toward healing and growth that feels genuine and lasting. I work most with people navigating trauma, LGBTQIA+ affirming concerns, and anxiety. Whether you are processing difficult experiences from your past or learning to move through the present with greater ease, our sessions are collaborative and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. I will take time to understand what brings you here, what you are hoping for from therapy, and what matters most to you right now. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and clear on whether we are a good fit, because I believe finding the right person to work with makes all the difference. If something here resonates, please reach out. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
