Great to meet you!

If you are feeling lost, alone, overwhelmed, or stuck, I am here. If you are exploring your sense of self, identity, relationships, or sexual orientation, I am here. If you are hoping to cultivate greater self-compassion or reconnect with your authentic self, I am here.

I believe every person deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and accepted. My practice welcomes people of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, abilities, professions, and backgrounds. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate life's challenges, discover their strengths, and move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person is dynamic and unique. As we move through life, our experiences, relationships, and the systems around us can leave us carrying pain, trauma, and beliefs about ourselves that no longer serve us. Too often, we don't have the time or space to process those experiences.

My role is to create that space. Together, we'll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, helping you better understand yourself while fostering healing, self-acceptance, and meaningful growth. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in meeting you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I'll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to gain from the process, and what feels most important to you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and supported, with a better sense of whether we're the right fit to continue working together.

Seeking therapy takes courage, and I believe it's important that you find a therapist who feels right for you. I'm honored you're considering me, and I look forward to answering any questions you may have as we begin this journey together.
