Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a licensed mental health counselor and art therapist who helps women with ADHD feel more understood, less overwhelmed, and more confident navigating life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I offer weekly 50-minute virtual sessions with adults in Massachusetts. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both talk therapy and art therapy - no artistic experience needed! I bring humor, curiosity, and compassion to the process, creating a space where you can explore what's really going on and learn strategies that actually fit your brain.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions feeling seen and supported - with practical tools you can actually use. We'll work together to make sense of what you're feeling, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and find strategies that help you to move forward with ease. You'll build self-compassion, emotional insight, and a stronger sense of who you are - without pressure to be anyone other than yourself.
