Great to meet you!

As a licensed social worker, I specialize in helping individuals, both adolescents and adults, navigate the challenges of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to empower my clients to manage their symptoms and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

My approach to therapy

I offer a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their struggles. I believe in a holistic approach that addresses not just symptoms, but the whole person. We work together to increase comfortability with discomfort and life's uncertainties. I also value open communication, so I encourage feedback throughout our work together to ensure we are on the right path.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about this work because I truly believe that with the right tools and support, everyone has the ability to live a value-based life. I love seeing my clients develop a better understanding of their strengths and learn to live with uncertainty. It is amazing to me how much bigger the world can seem when we are not constrained by our fears.
