Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you!

You possess an innate strength that has carried you through your darkest moments. While trauma, anxiety, depression, or life’s overwhelming transitions may have clouded your view of that strength, it remains the foundation of your healing.

I believe therapy is not just about "fixing" what feels broken; it is about reclaiming your narrative, honoring your experiences, and building a life that feels authentic and purposeful. I have 30 years of experience helping adults, teens and families in crisis working through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD and Autism diagnosis. I hold additional certification in trauma-informed care and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in a strength-based model, meaning we identify the internal resources and resilience you have already developed. We then build upon those tools to help you move from a place of surviving to a place of thriving. Depending on your needs and goals, we may integrate somatic and mindfulness-based therapy, ACT/CBT/DBT skills, attachment-based and person-centered approaches, IFS-informed parts work, trauma-informed care, and EMDR when clinically appropriate, while focusing on the core concerns bringing you in.

What you can expect from me

Healing is a collaborative journey. The goal is always empowerment. You deserve a space where you are seen, heard, and respected. Let's work together to transform your challenges into a source of profound personal insight and lasting resilience.
