I am a marriage and family therapist with 7 years of experience working in private practice. I help clients identify healthier relationship dynamics, improved communication tools, and a more positive outlook on their relationships. Additionally, I have helped individuals work through anxiety, depression, and grief. I became a therapist to help people feel confident when navigating the roller coaster of life—therapy can give you an unbiased, informed perspective to create a path forward.

I approach therapy from a hope-focused perspective, incorporating an individualized approach to the therapeutic process. I incorporate EFT, Gottman, Faith Integration (if desired), and CBT into therapy to provide the necessary tools to understand and express emotions effectively, communicate with confidence, and understand relationship patterns at play. I view therapy as a collaborative process to understand life's challenges while implementing helpful tools as you navigate the path forward.

Therapy can be difficult and challenging. Through collaboration, we can identify your goals together to ensure you are getting what you need out of therapy.
