Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Lauren, and I'm so glad you're here. I know reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and taking that first step isn't always easy. My hope is that from the moment we meet, you'll feel welcomed, heard, and never judged. With years of experience caring for individuals in medical and behavioral health settings, I've learned that healing begins when people feel safe enough to be themselves. I strive to create a compassionate, supportive space where you can ask questions, share openly, and know that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best care starts with getting to know you. Every person's experiences, challenges, and goals are different, which is why I take the time to truly listen before creating a treatment plan. As a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I understand how closely mental and physical health are connected. I believe the best decisions are made together, and I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, understanding your options, and taking an active role in your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is simply a chance for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what brought you in, your concerns, your personal history, and what you're hoping to gain from treatment. I'll take the time to ask questions, listen carefully, and get a better understanding of the whole picture. Together, we'll discuss recommendations and decide on the next steps that feel right for you. Every person's journey is different, and my goal is to meet you where you are while creating a plan that reflects your unique needs and goals.
