Great to meet you!

My journey to becoming a mental health provider began with a desire to help others achieve greater self-insight and personal growth. Witnessing the impact that understanding oneself and developing effective coping strategies can have on one's life inspired me to pursue this path. After earning my degree from Columbia University and gaining experience in various settings, I became committed to gaining the skills needed to support individuals in their personal development and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I’m here to support you through whatever challenges you’re facing—whether it’s healing from trauma, navigating a life transition, or managing feelings of depression and anxiety. I believe that therapy is a powerful tool for growth and healing, providing a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain new perspectives, and develop coping strategies. Together, we’ll work on building the tools and insights you need to achieve greater mental and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

I take a very participatory approach in sessions. While I provide a space for clients to express themselves freely, I also engage in the conversation, offering insights, feedback, and guidance. My goal is to create a collaborative environment where we work together to explore challenges, identify solutions, and foster growth. It's important to me that sessions are dynamic and tailored to each person’s unique situation.
