Lauren Brewerton

I have over 15 years of experience in the social work profession within a variety of settings and with different populations. Most recently, I worked with adults (majority were Active Duty military) in an outpatient setting providing individual and group therapy. I have also worked with children and families in the child welfare setting, children and teens in schools, and children, teens, and young adults in crisis. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and have a CCTP credential.

I believe that my clients are the experts in their lives and I help to empower them to heal and grow. I use a collaborative and solution-focused approach. I create a safe space for clients to be their true, authentic selves. If you need a little nudge (or a big push) to get through life, please reach out to me. First and foremost, I want my clients to feel safe and at ease within my therapy office. After the first session, clients should feel a little lighter and assured that they have found a safe space to share their burdens without judgment.
