Great to meet you!
I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes that getting the right support for your mental health shouldn't feel overwhelming or impersonal. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and have spent over five years providing compassionate psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults across Ohio and Oregon.
My journey in mental health began with a deep curiosity about how our brains work and a genuine desire to help people feel understood. I've had the privilege of working in diverse settings—from Nationwide Children's Hospital's inpatient and crisis units to federally qualified health centers serving underserved communities. I now see patients primarily via telehealth, making quality psychiatric care accessible and convenient.
I specialize in treating ADHD across the lifespan, with particular expertise in supporting high-achieving women and girls who often go undiagnosed or misunderstood. I also focus extensively on anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and women's mental health concerns. Many of my patients are navigating burnout, overwhelm, and the challenge of managing emotions while juggling demanding careers or academic pressures.
What sets my approach apart is that I don't just manage medications—I partner with you to understand your unique story, brain, and goals. I integrate neuroscience, lifestyle factors, and practical coping strategies into evidence-based treatment plans. I'm especially passionate about providing long-term, relationship-centered care where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
I also offer parent coaching and support for families navigating neurodevelopmental differences, including autism spectrum-related emotional and relational challenges. Whether you're seeking help for yourself or your child, my goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where healing and growth can happen.
