Genuine Connection That Empower You to Take Charge of Your Life I Therapy to Heal & Empower - Not Just Talk

About Me

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer work, or stretched thin by everything on your plate. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected — with real tools that make daily life more manageable.

My approach goes beyond just talking. Together, we’ll focus on building insight and using strategies that create lasting change. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs.

My Approach

With over 20 years of experience in mental health, healthcare, and advocacy, I’ve supported individuals and families through trauma, crisis, and complex life experiences. I am EMDR trained and trauma-informed. I utilize therapy grounded in body, sensory and, neuroscience and emotional regulation.

Whether you're managing chronic stress, navigating motherhood, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply ready for something to shift — I meet you with clarity, compassion, and practical support.

My approach to therapy

Who I Work With

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of challenges — from anxiety and trauma to executive functioning difficulties and the stress of major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Many of the issues clients bring to therapy are rooted in complex dynamics — whether internal struggles, communication breakdowns, relational conflict, or longstanding patterns within families and social systems. I help you explore and work through these layers, addressing trust, boundaries, grief, and the impact of ongoing stressors.

My approach is personalized and responsive, meeting you where you are and adapting as your needs evolve.

I offer practical tools, honest reflection, and thoughtful guidance to support meaningful change — helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
