Great to meet you!

Hey there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families in various contexts, and have training and experience related to trauma, suicidal ideation, LGBTQIA+ issues, women's issues, and more. I'm very open-minded and feel very passionate about creating a safe space for all of my clients, regardless of gender identity, cultural background and experiences, sexual orientation, or belief system. I would be honored to be a supporter of your journey to healing!

My approach to therapy

I work to create a sense of fun, warmth, and empathy in my sessions. Using a balance of playful fun and challenging encouragement can be so helpful in being able to retain and implement what you gained from a session. I'm also always open to learning from and with my clients, and strive to maintain a strong competency in various cultural struggles that are so prevalent in today's society.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are usually light, for the most part! I love being able to get to know my clients and build rapport from the very first encounter. Anything they want to bring to that first session will be explored and client-led. I use the first few therapy sessions to establish a sense of safety, and to better understand my client's individual needs.
