Great to meet you!

You've spent your life being the capable one: pushing through, achieving, and taking care of everyone around you. Those strategies worked for years, until they couldn't anymore. If you're running on empty and realizing that what carried you this far can't take you where you want to go, I can help.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I came to this work through my own mid-career pivot: after 14 years in People Operations at Google, I retrained as a therapist because helping people through life's hardest moments is the work I was meant to do. That means I understand demanding careers, big transitions, and the juggle of work, life, and family from the inside, not just the textbook.

I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together we'll build sustainable coping skills and values-driven strategies so you can feel more connected to yourself and the people you love.

My approach to therapy

I tailor therapy to you, because no two people need the same path. I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness. Whatever the approach, my focus is the same: understanding the patterns that got you here, then building better, more sustainable ways forward. Expect real tools you can use between sessions, not just a place to vent.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to arrive with anything figured out. Our first session moves at your pace: we'll talk about what's bringing you in, what you've already tried, and what you want to be different. You can ask me anything, too, because fit matters and you deserve to feel confident in your choice. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen and understood, with a sense of whether we're a good match and a little more breathing room than you came in with.
