Great to meet you!

Sharing stories and struggles can unlock our ability to heal. As a therapist, my goal is to help you access the strengths you already have to develop skills that will make your life feel more manageable & enable you to feel grounded and supported. We will work together to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, fears, and unique experiences without fear of judgement. We can explore relationships, grief, trauma or anything else you are experiencing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I graduated from the University of Michigan Graduate School of Social Work in 2007 and have been a licensed therapist since 2012. My graduate training was primarily in Behavioral Therapies but I utilize a wide array of interventions depending on my clients' needs and preferences.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive for my clients to feel heard, safe and supported.
