My approach to therapy

CBT and person-centered counseling are my top modalities. I will provide you with tools on how to reframe an unhealthy thought feeling and behavior into a healthy one. Mindfulness and various grounding techniques will also be used in our sessions! Breath work can be extremely helpful when learning how to de-clutter thoughts.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions!
