Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist dedicated to creating a comfortable, down-to-earth environment where clients can feel at ease. I pride myself on being approachable and adaptable, meeting each client where they are to foster trust and growth. My professional experience spans multiple levels of care, including outpatient therapy, IOP, urgent mental healthcare, hospice, and community mental health. I’m committed to providing accessible, compassionate care tailored to each individual's journey.

My approach to therapy

I have a conversational approach and will ask questions if you don't know where to start. I will utilize evidenced based therapeutic modalities that are most fitting to each client's needs. I believe in teaching skills and concepts that are easy to learn and use even if life is busy. I won't leave you in an uncomfortable silence, and I will provide feedback. I will also provide adequate space for you to share and process.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel understood, supported and guided throughout their treatment. They will also take away tangible strategies and skills that are effective and evidenced based. Most clients will often continue to utilize these strategies after they no longer require therapy and discharge from services.

I assist clients in learning to adequately care for themselves and set appropriate boundaries to reduce burnout and reduce resentment. Clients will leave with a sense of hope and relief.
