Great to meet you!

A lifelong Floridian, I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about working with the young adult population and helping address the many joys and challenges that come with that stage of life.

I strive to provide a warm, supportive and positive space for clients to explore their own experiences and cognitions, while also encouraging clients to work towards personal growth. My view on therapy is that while a therapist may have expertise on theories, coping tools, and therapeutic interventions, only you, the client, are the expert of your own world. I work to create a therapeutic partnership in an environment that is supportive and encouraging.

My approach to therapy

I adopt an integrative approach to therapy, often implementing interventions from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Stages of Change Model, Mindfulness Practices and Strengths-Based Practices.

What you can expect from me

I support my clients in addressing their personal goals for growth and progress. I work to foster an environment of exploration and reflection to help clients reach their goals and continually set new ones moving forward.
