Great to meet you!

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, a difficult life transition, or patterns in your relationships you can't quite name, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are. My training at Northwestern University shaped a thoughtful, insight-oriented approach: together we'll gently explore how past experiences may be shaping your present, and use that understanding to help you feel more grounded, confident, and clear in your life today. I see therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic theory, which means we’ll pay attention to patterns, relationships, and the ways your past may be shaping your current experiences. At the same time, I work flexibly and tailor therapy to you; integrating practical tools and strategies that support your specific goals. I aim to balance insight with action, helping you better understand yourself while also finding meaningful ways to cope, grow, and move forward. Therapy with me is reflective, collaborative, and always centered on your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping might feel different in your life. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You’ll also have space to ask questions and get a feel for how I work, so we can decide together how to move forward.
