Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Seattle, Washington. I received my master's in mental health counseling from Seattle University and have five years of experience in the field. As a therapist, I believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to make meaningful changes in their life. I enjoy supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, relationship difficulties, work and school stress, and difficult life transitions. If you are wanting to manage symptoms or enhance your daily functioning, I'm here to help you take the next step towards the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy and will often use elements of Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and art therapy in my work. Together, we can explore which approaches will be most beneficial for you and tailor our work to best support your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

I will work with you to create a space where you feel comfortable and understood. We will explore solutions to problems and identify patterns that are no longer serving you to help you achieve your goals. If you are ready to take the next step, or are just curious about how therapy might help, please feel free to reach out. I would be honored to support you on your path towards growth and healing.
