Great to meet you!

I’m really glad you’re here. Many people who come to me are carrying a lot—anxiety that won’t quiet down, the weight of depression, burnout from caring for everyone else, or feeling overwhelmed by a major life change. My approach is warm, relational, and deeply human. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen and understood. My 13 years in hospice and hospital social work have shaped me to offer a calm, steady response to your story, with respect for its full complexity. You don’t have to hold everything alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, intuitive, and grounded. I pay close attention to subtle emotional and physical shifts and respond with compassion and clarity. You won’t find pressure to perform—just steady support without judgement as we reconnect you with your strengths and build practical tools to help you feel more regulated and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, there is no "right" way to start. We’ll chat about what’s on your mind and see if we click—it’s a low-pressure conversation designed to see how I can best support you. If you prefer you can send me an email before scheduling your free consultation to address costs, scheduling questions, or anything else you need. Ready to see if we’re a good fit? Reach out today to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. I’d be honored to hear your story and help you build the life you want.
