Great to meet you!

Heal Anxiety. Release the Past. Awaken Your Creative Self.

If anxiety, old experiences, or self-doubt are keeping you stuck, you don’t have to work through it alone. I’m Lauren Deaven, a Licensed Art Therapist for over 20 years, helping women move beyond anxiety, process overwhelming experiences, and reconnect with clarity, confidence, and joy. I'm also passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and caretakers who may be holding onto stresses of the job.

My approach to therapy

I blend Art Therapy, EMDR/Flash, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you gently resolve what’s holding you back—without having to relive the past over and over. Together, we’ll unlock your natural creativity as a powerful tool for healing, self-expression, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Whether you want relief from anxiety, freedom from old emotional patterns, or space to become your best creative self, therapy can be both effective and empowering. It's time to feel free to be you!
