I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional specializing in EMDR, CBT‐I, solution‐focused work, and gentle mind‐body practices. I help clients heal without medication, using strengths‐based tools and motivational interviewing. With 20 years of yoga practice and a love of nature, I bring a grounded, holistic approach to lasting change.
