Great to meet you!

When I look around the world today, it is clear that people of all ages are struggling in many capacities, and don't know how to ask for help or where to turn for it. It may be relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress management, grief, to name a few. With a Christian perspective, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and gain a deeper understanding of what is contributing to your current challenges.

I work with adults, teenagers, and children facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, family issues, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, parenting stress, and attention and focus challenges. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Therapy is not about fixing who you are—it's about creating space for growth, healing, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques when appropriate. I also incorporate mindfulness, strengths-based interventions, psychoeducation, behavioral strategies, emotional regulation skills, and goal-oriented treatment planning to help clients make meaningful progress.

In our sessions, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns influencing your daily life while developing practical coping skills that can be applied outside of therapy. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, family conflict, relationship stress, self-esteem concerns, communication difficulties, parenting challenges, or life transitions, my goal is to help you better understand yourself while creating sustainable strategies for growth. I strive to provide a warm, affirming, open-minded environment where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore the challenges you're currently facing, and identify the goals you'd like to work toward. There is no pressure to share everything at once—therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

Clients often leave their first session with a greater sense of clarity, validation, and direction. Over time, you can expect to develop healthier coping skills, stronger boundaries, improved emotional awareness, greater confidence, and practical tools for managing life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel supported while creating meaningful progress toward the life you want to build.
