Great to meet you!

Sometimes life becomes so focused on responsibilities, relationships, parenting, work, or helping everyone else that you lose sight of how you're doing in the process.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, family stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to help you understand what's contributing to your struggles, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools that help life feel more manageable.

Therapy isn't about changing who you are. It's about helping you move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and connection to yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques to help clients better understand themselves while building coping skills and practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation about what brought you here, what feels difficult right now, and what you hope life looks like moving forward.

You can expect warmth, practical support, and a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
