Great to meet you!

I work with high-functioning adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, and disordered eating. You may find yourself asking, “who am I when I’m not performing, achieving, or taking care of everyone else?” If this sounds like you, I am here to support you with increasing emotional awareness and learning more about yourself. I recognize that your journey exists within larger social, familial, and cultural context, and believe those experiences deserve to be explored. I want to collaborate with you to build a life that reflects who you really are. Since 2021, I have been working alongside clients on their journeys to healing through self-exploration.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in humanistic, person-centered therapy. This means that I see you as a whole person with your own history, values, strengths, and capacity for growth. I also draw from evidence-based interventions such as DBT, ACT, CBT, and trauma informed frameworks. Together, we create a space where you can open up and develop understanding of yourself.

What you can expect from me

I bring curiosity and genuine presence to our work while trusting that you are the expert on your own life. Therapy is your space, and in our first session my goal is to get to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to achieve. We will discuss your expectations of the therapeutic process and it is an open space for you to ask questions or share concerns. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling grounded, supported, and eager to start our work together.
