Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with 10 years of experience helping clients navigate life’s challenges, clarify what matters most, and build lives that feel meaningful. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of effective therapy, so I prioritize creating a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported. My style is warm, humorous, and engaging, while still making room for honest reflection and meaningful growth. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients respond to difficult thoughts and emotions with greater flexibility and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-led, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Rather than assuming I know what your goals should be, I will help you identify what matters most to you and determine what meaningful progress looks like in your life. Together, we will explore how you can make room for difficult emotions without allowing them to dictate your choices. I am a big believer that life does not have to be perfect—or even feel easy—for us to create purpose, connection, and meaning within it.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where we can begin getting to know one another. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain from the experience, and what has or has not been helpful to you in the past. You will have space to share at your own pace, ask questions, and take the lead in identifying your priorities. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we can do together.
