Great to meet you!

Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, and substance use disorders. Populations served include children, adolescents and adults.

My approach to therapy

My approaches to therapy include, Person Centered, as I believe in the importance of meeting clients where they are at, yet I also feel that challenging clients can be effective in helping them meet their therapeutic goals.
